As a politician, you're supposed to face any controversies head on right? Better to embrace the issue and put it to rest rather than let it drag on for weeks in the media. Earlier today I wrote an awesome blog about Ben Foster, Tim Pawlentys staff member, who while campaigning in Iowa, got so wasted that he tried to break in to some random families house. And, yesterday I wrote another awesome blog about Tim Tims completely tasteless farce of a campaign ad. Well, we here at meh blog thought we would help Tim Tim out with his next epic campaign ad. Enjoy.
meh blog is a discussion of all things meh. politics, sports, entertainment, city life, country life, etc. there's a lot of mildly disappointing things going on and meh blog aims to highlight them, so that we may all have a laugh at other people's expense, at our own expense, and in the end, learn something deep and meaningful.

Tim Pawlenty sends his goons out to intimidate Iowa voters
You know who won't be voting for Tim Pawlenty? The Stewart family. Come on dude, I'm pretty sure in Campaigning 101 the first thing they teach you is never get drunk, try to break into some families house and scare the shit out of their 15 year old daughter. That kind of rookie shit may fly down in Alabama, but not in Iowa bro. Not in Iowa. You want to get wasted in Des Moines at one of their 3 bars? Then you better end your night like everyone else; jerking off in a corn field and tipping some cows over. And how about that last part about this Eric Helland character, Iowa state representative who pleaded guilty to this own drunken tomfoolery last summer. Guess Tim Tim spent all his money on his fancy movie trailer campaign ads and was forced to hire a bunch of drunk assholes to hand out flyers and shit in Iowa. Too bad the kids from the young republicans club can't hold their liquor. Guess that's what happens when you spend all your time talking about supply side economics and drinking pussy wine coolers. Say what you want about George Bush, but at least that guy could drink a 12 pack of Bud and still be able to find his house.

The New Tim Pawlenty movie is gonna be awesome!!!
Glad to see Tim Tim is running a campaign based on substance. I'm not sure taking the ramblings of some crazy random woman and one completely out-of-context quote from Paul Krugman is really going to sell me though. I mean, the dramatic music, jarring editing and movie trailer feel of this is all great, but in the end, I'm kind of looking for more of a Stallone or Will Smith type character to run for President, not some scrawny middle aged white dude. Also, that delay effect on Obama's voice is great. Really makes that whole "win the future" idea sound kind of sinister... until you remember what those words actually mean. Clearly Tim Tim has some good editors working for him. Why not splice together Obama saying how he supports raping unborn babies. Then if Timmy gets a fake tan, hits the gym for a couple months and gets a sweet machine gun, he can save us from the diabolical Obama administration that's trying to turn us socialist and rape our fetuses.
This is why it's just impossible to have any respect for these guys. The simple fact that Timmy made the decision to create something like this shows his utter lack of respect for the American public, our political system, and most importantly, epic action film trailers. Also, maybe I'm missing something but I thought these republicans were supposed to be running against each other in a primary? Or is the primary just a contest to see who can do the best job of scaring the shit out of people? Meh.
